Paravel Capital is set to begin construction on 230-unit Bandera Ranch at the end of this year in Helotes, a town located on the northwest outskirts of San Antonio. The firm expects a 12 to 14 month timeline for completion and anticipates offering 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom configurations with two stories per unit, garages and gardens.
