Sports-gear maker Fanatics is set to open a 600,000 square foot e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment facility in Waxahachie. This new location will create an expedited delivery network for fans, partners and retailers across the southern United States with a wide selection of licensed sports products from professional and college teams. When fully operational, Fanatics anticipates hiring up to 250 personnel.

The property is located on Blue Star Developments owned by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. The mixed-use project will break ground later this year with plans to be completed by the first quarter of 2025. 75 acres have been allocated for industrial space which could accommodate around 1 million square feet while 20 acres at the south are dedicated towards multifamily housing; retail pad sites take up the remaining area .
