CBRE has added Laurel Keller as first vice president in its Columbus office for CBRE Hotels. In her new role, Keller works with Eric Belfrage and Michael Shirey on hotel investment sales across the United States. The team advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions while focusing on improving real estate value and overall investment performance for hospitality investors, owners and operators nationwide.
CBRE has also expanded the responsibilities of Ajay Kalra, appointing him managing director and market leader for its Omaha, Nebraska, business while he continues to oversee the firm’s Iowa operations. Kalra now leads day-to-day advisory services across Omaha and Iowa, including leasing, sales, valuations, and debt and structured finance for all property types. His appointment follows the transition of former Omaha market leader Bennett Ginsberg into a full-time producer role at the firm.
Industrial and logistics developer Ambrose announced several promotions and additions as it grows its team.
