Simon’s The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH is expanding its retail and dining roster with a series of new concepts scheduled to arrive through 2026. The enclosed shopping center is using the coming year to broaden its tenant mix with additional retail, dining, and entertainment options aimed at drawing a wider range of visitors throughout the day.

Rowan, a brand that focuses on ear piercing and related accessories, is expected to debut in late May as its first location in New Hampshire. The arrival of Rowan brings a service-oriented health and beauty concept to the property, adding to the center’s mix of soft-goods and specialty tenants. Its opening is positioned as an early milestone in the property’s 2026 rollout of new tenants.

A New Balance store is slated to join the lineup in early summer, further deepening the mall’s appeal to shoppers looking for athletic footwear and apparel. The addition of New Balance introduces another nationally recognized brand to the tenant roster, building on the mall’s existing collection of fashion and lifestyle retailers.

On the lower level, Carter’s has already opened, giving the center an expanded offering in children’s apparel. The recent opening of Carter’s marks one of the first visible changes in the property’s current refresh, creating additional draw for families and reinforcing the mall’s position as a regional destination for everyday shopping needs.

This summer, POP MART is expected to bring its globally recognized designer toy concept to Salem. The retailer is known for collectible toy lines and branded character merchandise, and its planned opening adds a pop culture and gift-driven component to the mall. This concept is likely to appeal to younger shoppers and collectors, complementing the more traditional retail mix.

To further broaden the property’s entertainment profile, The Mall at Rockingham Park plans to introduce Game On and Loretta’s Last Call this fall. Both concepts are associated with the Fenway Park game-day experience, and their arrival will expand the mall’s selection of entertainment and dining experiences. The planned openings indicate a push to strengthen the property’s role as a social destination beyond traditional retail hours.

“These additions highlight how The Mall at Rockingham Park continues to grow alongside our community,” said Elizabeth Tetreault, area director of marketing. She noted that the center is carefully curating brands and experiences that guests are seeking, ranging from everyday essentials to entertainment destinations, with the goal of ensuring that each visit offers options for different customer needs and times of day.
