The multifamily property, delivered in 2024, totals 300 residential units and was 92% occupied at the time of sale, indicating a largely stabilized asset changing hands soon after completion.
As part of the acquisition, Cameron Brothers plans to rebrand the community as The Winslow, incorporating it into the Cameron Collection portfolio.
