[[{“value”:”Bridge Tower Breaks Ground on Denton BTR Community

Bridge Tower is preparing to launch construction on Teasley Crossing, a new build-to-rent residential community planned for South Denton. The 100-home project will rise at 3501 Curve Avenue and is positioned as a purpose-built rental neighborhood rather than a for-sale subdivision. The company expects the first homes at Teasley Crossing to be ready for residents as early as September 2026, providing a defined near-term delivery target for the community.

Teasley Crossing is designed with a mix of three- and four-bedroom duplex-style homes, catering to renters seeking more space than a typical apartment. The homes will average 1,675 square feet and will include two-car garages, reflecting a suburban, single-family-style living experience. Each residence will also feature a private, fenced backyard, a feature that differentiates the community from conventional multifamily offerings and is likely to appeal to families and long-term renters.

Planned community amenities at Teasley Crossing include a neighborhood playground and walking trails, adding shared open space and recreational options to the project. These features are intended to support a neighborhood feel and provide on-site lifestyle components within the rental community. The project’s South Denton location gives it proximity to established residential areas while offering a newly built, rental-only housing option.

The Denton development follows closely on the heels of Bridge Tower’s recent site activity elsewhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Just one week earlier, the company acquired a portion of a 14-acre site for The Enclave at Fate Village, a 179-home build-to-rent townhouse community planned in Fate, Texas, a far northeastern suburb of Dallas. That project is scheduled to come online in the first quarter of 2027, adding another dedicated rental neighborhood to the company’s pipeline in the region.

Together, Teasley Crossing and The Enclave at Fate Village illustrate Bridge Tower’s continued focus on the build-to-rent segment, with an emphasis on larger-format homes and townhouse-style layouts. While the Denton community will feature duplex-style homes with private yards, the Fate project is planned as a townhouse-based community, broadening the firm’s rental product mix within the same broader metropolitan area.

Beyond North Texas, Bridge Tower is also active in multiple Sun Belt states. According to the company, it has projects in Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. This geographic footprint points to an investment and development strategy concentrated in growth markets where demand for rental housing, including single-family and townhouse-style product, has been strong. The Denton and Fate projects are the latest additions to that platform, with staged deliveries expected in 2026 and 2027.
