[[{“value”:”Trademark Pursues Incentives for $100 Million Redevelopment of Arlington Retail Center

Trademark Property Co. is set to transform Lincoln Square, a 470,000-square-foot shopping center in Arlington. Built in the early 1980s, the company plans to redevelop the property into an updated retail and mixed-use hub called Anthem. Trademark had previously considered adding apartments and a hotel but has since dropped those plans in favor of a comprehensive renovation of the existing center.

The Arlington Economic Development Corp. has approved an incentives agreement with Trademark to support the project. Under the agreement, Trademark must invest at least $100 million in the redevelopment in order to receive $24.48 million in infrastructure grants between 2026 and 2031.

Planned improvements include upgrades to infrastructure, facades, tenant spaces, parking areas, entryways, landscaping, and public spaces.
