SL Green Realty Corp. has announced four new office leases totaling 109,859 square feet at 1185 Avenue of the Americas, bringing the Midtown tower to 91 percent leased. The landlord was represented in all four transactions by Brian Waterman, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Brent Ozarowski, David Waterman and Kevin Sullivan of Newmark.
The new leases are as follows:
– Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone LLP signed a new 10-year lease for 42,866 square feet. The tenant was represented by Lisa Kiell and Andrew Coe of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc.
– UHY Advisors NY, Inc. signed a new 10-year lease for 27,508 square feet. The tenant was represented by Silvio Petriello and Tamika Kramer of CBRE.
– MTS Health Partners, LP signed a new 10-year lease for 29,166 square feet, taking the entire 34th floor. The tenant was represented by Stephen Siegel and Sinclair Li of CBRE.
– CFGI, LLC signed a new five-year lease for 8,661 square feet on a portion of the 12th floor. The tenant was represented by Joe D’Apice of CBRE.
