**Trammell Crow and Clarion Complete 1.7M-SF Weiser Business Park in Houston**

Trammell Crow Company, in partnership with Clarion Partners, has completed the third and final phase of Weiser Business Park in northwest Houston. Located at 14311 and 14281 Fallbrook Drive in Cypress, Texas, Phase III includes two new Class-A industrial buildings: a 273,740-square-foot cross-dock facility (Building 5) and a 354,272-square-foot cross-dock facility (Building 6).

With the completion of Phase III, Weiser Business Park now comprises six warehouse buildings totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet. The previous two phases are fully leased.

The business park sits on a site that formerly operated as an airport for small and private aircraft.

The project’s design was led by Seeberger Architecture, with A&F General Contractors serving as the general contractor. Construction financing was provided by Cadence Bank. Robert McGee and Taylor Schmidt of Colliers are managing the marketing for the development.
