**Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $77M Sale of 240-Unit Allegro Lynnwood Multifamily Community**

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of Allegro Lynnwood, a newly constructed 240-unit multifamily development in Lynnwood, Washington, for $77.49 million. The property is located at 16525-16605 Ash Way.

The brokerage team representing both the seller, Integral NW, and the buyer, The Housing Authority of Snohomish County, included Byron Rosen, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper, Jacob Odegard, Dylan Roeter, David Karson, and Chris Moyer from Cushman & Wakefield.

Allegro Lynnwood was delivered in two phases: Allegro Ash Creek in 2019 and Allegro at The Woods in 2025. The community offers a mix of studios, open one-bedroom, traditional one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Situated near major transportation routes with instant access to I-5 and I-405, the property benefits from its location next to the Ash Way Park & Ride, which is the planned site for a future Sound Transit light rail station.
