**Citivest and MDC Realty Advisors Acquire Denver Retail Center for $13M**
Citivest Commercial, in partnership with MDC Realty Advisors, has acquired a 112,000-square-foot retail center located at 7150 Leetsdale Drive in Denver for $13 million. The seller, Legacy Capital Partners, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield brokers Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson, according to the Denver Business Journal.
“Grocery anchored, with leasing efforts underway for two additional junior box traffic generators, Leetsdale Marketplace is quickly returning to a vibrant, productive center in a short period of time,” Hendrickson noted.
The retail center, known as Leetsdale Marketplace, is anchored by a Save A Lot grocery store and occupies 10.25 acres approximately two miles southeast of Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. MDC Realty Advisors stated that the acquisition was made as a value-add investment on behalf of private investors.
This purchase marks Citivest’s fourth retail acquisition in Colorado since 2022. According to the company, the acquisition fits within its strategy of targeting well-located assets that offer value-add opportunities and leasing potential.
