**Foundry Commercial Acquires Site for $95M Industrial Development in Orlando**

Foundry Commercial has finalized the purchase of a 41-acre infill site near downtown Orlando for $14.1 million, paving the way for the development of Edgewood Park of Commerce (EPOC), a 565,600-square-foot industrial project. The seller of the property was RandallMade Corp.

The $95 million development is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter of 2025, with completion expected in the second half of 2027.

Located on a portion of the historic Randall Knives manufacturing property, EPOC will feature six buildings arranged in three pairs, each ranging from 80,000 to 107,400 square feet. The layout will include truck courts and loading bays between buildings to optimize logistics.

EPOC is being designed as a small-bay industrial complex aimed at supporting local service businesses and light manufacturing enterprises. Space offerings will typically range from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, catering to tenants such as HVAC suppliers, lighting distributors, and contractors.
