**Crescent Communities and Church at Wieuca Launch 3600 Peachtree Development in Buckhead**
Crescent Communities, in partnership with the Church at Wieuca, is moving forward with 3600 Peachtree—a major mixed-use development located in the heart of Buckhead at the intersection of Peachtree and Wieuca Roads. Strategically situated near Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square, this new project is set to reshape the area’s skyline.
The development will feature a 21-story, Class A office tower encompassing 375,000 square feet of premium workspace. In addition to the office component, the project includes a 300-unit multifamily development under the NOVEL by Crescent Communities brand. Street-level retail and dining options, as well as a range of shared amenities, will round out the offering.
A standout feature of 3600 Peachtree is its approximately 10,000 square feet of communal indoor amenities which connect directly to a 19,000-square-foot, elevated landscaped terrace with panoramic views of Buckhead.
