**Avison Young Secures Full-Building Industrial Lease in South Brunswick**
Avison Young has successfully executed a full-building industrial lease agreement totaling 84,000 square feet with Prograde Aluminum Systems Corporation. The lease was secured on behalf of the landlord, SNS Real Estate Investment Group. The property is located at 34 Stouts Lane in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
Avison Young’s team—comprised of Principals Matthew Turse and Tim Cadigan, along with Vice Presidents John Gianis and Steve Gianis—represented SNS in the transaction. Glenn Jaffe of Keller Williams represented the tenant, Prograde Aluminum Systems.
Prograde Aluminum Systems specializes in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality aluminum windows, doors, and composite panels for both residential and commercial applications.
In April 2025, Avison Young also represented the seller when the property was purchased by SNS as a vacant facility. Following the acquisition, SNS undertook comprehensive interior renovations to modernize the site.
