**Tamarack Resort Launches Sales for Aspen Townhomes in Idaho**
Tamarack Resort has announced the launch of sales for Aspen Townhomes, a new gated community featuring 60 mountain-modern residences located 90 miles north of Boise, Idaho.
Construction for the development is already underway, with completion and delivery expected by Summer 2026. Phase 1, currently available for sale, includes the first 16 residences offering between two to four bedrooms and ranging in size from 1,975 to 2,255 square feet. Prices start at $1.5 million.
Developed in collaboration with Idaho-based builder Alturas Homes, the two-story townhomes in Aspen Townhomes are located across from Tamarack’s new 100-slip marina on Lake Cascade and are within walking distance of the resort’s Alpine Village.
Residents of Aspen Townhomes will also have eligibility for membership in The Club at Tamarack, the resort’s private club. Tamarack Resort recently underwent a $200 million transformation, introducing new ski terrain, a 12,000-square-foot Mid-Mountain Lounge, and a fully renovated golf course.
