**Investor Team Secures $360M Financing for Jacksonville Four Seasons Project**
Shanna Collective and Iguana Investments have secured $360 million in construction financing from Goldman Sachs Private Bank for the development of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Jacksonville. This marks the largest private project financing deal in the city’s history.
The project includes the construction of 26 private residences featuring two to five bedrooms, ranging from 1,930 to 7,936 square feet, alongside a 170-key Four Seasons luxury hotel.
Construction is progressing steadily, with both the ten-story residential and hotel structures having topped off as of August 2025. Upon completion, the development will offer a range of upscale amenities, including a full-service spa, a gym, three restaurants, and access to a 78-slip marina being developed in partnership with the City of Jacksonville.
Situated in the heart of Jacksonville’s Sports & Entertainment District, the development neighbors the Jacksonville Jaguars’ stadium, which is undergoing a $1.4 billion renovation. The area will also feature a new 150,000-square-foot Class A office building, complete with a fitness center and an on-site restaurant.
