**Harrison Street Asset Management Launches First ETF**

Harrison Street Asset Management has announced the launch of its first exchange-traded fund (ETF), the Harrison Street Infrastructure Active ETF (ticker: NFRX). This marks the firm’s entry into the ETF market, expanding its recognized leadership in real asset investment.

The Harrison Street Infrastructure Active ETF is designed to focus on global, listed infrastructure companies that deliver essential services. These companies typically operate within regulated markets and benefit from consistent user demand, predictable cash flows, and high barriers to entry.

NFRX will invest primarily in sectors including utilities, midstream energy, digital infrastructure, and transportation—industries expected to benefit from long-term demographic trends and structural economic shifts.

The ETF will be managed by Harrison Street’s private wealth division. The portfolio management team includes Robert Becker, Chief Investment Strategist at Harrison Street Private Wealth (HSPW), who brings nearly three decades of experience in infrastructure investing; Hasan Goncu, Managing Director at HSPW; and Casey Frazier, Chief Investment Officer at HSPW.

“The launch of our first ETF is a natural evolution of our firm’s longstanding leadership in real assets,” said Christopher Merrill, Co-Founder and Global CEO of Harrison Street.
