**PCCP Acquires 1.2M-SF Ritner Logistics Center in Central Pennsylvania**
PCCP has announced the acquisition of Ritner Logistics Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial facility located at 3419 Ritner Highway in Newville, Pennsylvania. The asset is situated within the Central Pennsylvania industrial market, a key logistics hub in the Northeast.
Originally built in 2019, the property is fully leased to Newell Brands, a global consumer products company. The cross-dock designed facility features modern specifications, including 36-foot clear heights, 120 loading doors, 437 trailer stalls, a 200-foot truck court, and ample parking for both trailers and employee vehicles.
“Central Pennsylvania is an established bulk industrial market given its proximity to dense Northeast population centers, deep and accessible labor pool, and highway connectivity,” said Lia Barsanti, Senior Vice President with PCCP. “PCCP believes acquiring a 100% leased warehouse at a meaningful discount to replacement cost in a core industrial node created a strong investment opportunity for our firm.”
The Ritner Logistics Center benefits from its strategic location near major interstate highways, allowing distribution reach to approximately 50% of the U.S. population and 60% of the Canadian population within one day’s truck drive.
