**Phillips Edison Acquires 98% Leased Creekside Village Green in The Woodlands**

Phillips Edison & Company has acquired Creekside Village Green, a 74,000-square-foot retail center located in The Woodlands, Texas. The property, which is 98% leased, was sold by Kobalt Investment Company.

Situated at 26400 Kuykendahl Road, Creekside Park Village Green is shadow anchored by an H-E-B grocery store. The lifestyle center was originally developed in 2014 by The Woodlands Development Company, a subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation. It spans 6.4 acres and offers a diverse tenant mix that includes both credit and national retailers.

In addition to ground-level tenants, the property contains a second story featuring retail spaces that include medical-related uses.
