**Kidder Mathews Expands Across California**
Kidder Mathews has announced several executive appointments across its Northern and Southern California offices:

– **Kevin Held** has joined as Senior Vice President in the San Diego office. Held brings over 25 years of experience in net lease investment sales and retail real estate, having participated in more than $3 billion in transactions.

– In the firm’s Silicon Valley office:

This team, all former professionals with Colliers, specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

– **Fred Aframian** has been named Managing Director. Aframian, who previously served as Senior Vice President since 2021, has brokered over $500 million in investment sales.
– **Jonathan Steier** joins as Vice President, bringing more than 25 years of experience in retail leasing and investment sales with a strong focus on the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles.

**DAUM Appoints New President**
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has named **Chris Migliori** as President. Migliori previously served as Executive Vice President and Principal in the Newport Beach office. Over his career, he has closed more than 1,500 transactions covering over 50 million square feet throughout Orange County and surrounding regions. **Michael Nubel**, President since 1993, will retain his roles as Chairman and CEO and is working closely with Migliori and CFO **Bob Bothamley** during the transition.
