**Mill Creek Residential Breaks Ground on Modera San Rafael**
Mill Creek Residential has officially begun construction on Modera San Rafael, a new 210-unit apartment community located at 930 Irwin Street on the east side of downtown San Rafael. The project broke ground in October, with the first residents expected to move in by 2028.

Once completed, Modera San Rafael will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, offering a variety of layouts and including private patios or balconies. The community’s location, just east of U.S. Highway 101 and within walking distance to the SMART Train light rail station, offers convenient access and connectivity for residents.
