**Velocity Retail Group Launches Leasing at SanTan Crossing in Gilbert**

Velocity Retail Group has officially launched leasing for SanTan Crossing, a new upscale restaurant and retail development located along Loop 202 at Williams Field Road in the Town of Gilbert, Arizona. The project is being developed by Accelerated Development Services and leased by Velocity Retail Group.

Positioned on a 21-acre site adjacent to the prominent SanTan Village Mall, SanTan Crossing aims to attract high-end restaurant and retail tenants. The development will include approximately 57,402 square feet of restaurant and retail pad space, as well as 21,900 square feet of inline shop space.

Velocity Retail is currently seeking credit tenants and offering a variety of leasing options. Shop spaces range from approximately 1,000 to 6,000 square feet, and outparcel ground lease opportunities are also available.
