**Vestar Completes $100M Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek**
Vestar has officially completed Vineyard Towne Center, a new open-air retail destination in Queen Creek, Arizona. The $100 million development spans 260,000 square feet and is now fully leased. Groundbreaking for the project took place in 2021.
The project features a mix of national, regional, and local tenants. Anchor tenant Target opened a 145,000-square-foot store in October 2025. Other retailers now open include Verizon and My Doc Now, with Pet Supplies Plus planning to open in the fall.
The tenant lineup also includes Sprouts Farmers Market, Mountain America Credit Union, Academy Bank, LifeQuest, Cadence Running Company, Mattress Firm, Five Guys, Better Buzz Coffee, Thai Chili 2Go, McDonald’s, Wingstop, and Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
Vineyard Towne Center’s completion follows the recent delivery of Queen Creek Crossing, another Vestar development located five miles away. Queen Creek Crossing, which is anchored by Costco, Ashley Furniture, and Hobby Lobby, spans over 400,000 square feet and is also fully leased.
