Midtown Corner, a 69,000-square-foot fully leased shopping center located at the intersection of East Six Forks and Wake Forest Roads in Raleigh, has been sold for $26.95 million. Clarion Partners acquired the property from Ram Realty Advisors.

Situated on 7.45 acres, the retail center was originally built in 1997 and features a strong tenant mix including the PGA Tour Superstore, First Watch restaurant, and Fifth Third Bank. The sale also includes a separate building housing Jimmy John’s, Papa Johns Pizza, and Benjamin Moore – Prism Paint + Design.

Clarion Partners has announced that it has no current plans to redevelop the shopping center.

In addition to the change in ownership, Activate, a family-friendly gaming and entertainment center, has signed a lease at the property, further enhancing the location’s tenant diversity and appeal.
