**SKB, RGA Acquire 513K-SF Portland Industrial Portfolio**
ScanlanKemperBard (SKB), in partnership with RGA ReCap Incorporated, has acquired the Columbia River Collection, a significant industrial project comprising 513,275 square feet across eight buildings. The property is located along the Columbia River corridor within the Portland metro area.
This acquisition marks SKB’s third recent investment in the Portland region. Todd Gooding, President of SKB, emphasized the city’s continued potential, stating, “The city has a talented workforce and a strategic location that will continue to matter. We believe Portland can, and will, find the right balance between economic development and the services that support its residents.”
The Columbia River Collection sits within one of the area’s most established industrial zones, offering excellent access to regional transportation infrastructure and Portland’s primary employment hubs.
