**Sares Regis Sells Two Dallas Multifamily Communities to The Dinerstein Companies**
Sares Regis has completed the sale of two adjacent multifamily communities in Dallas to The Dinerstein Companies. The properties, The Heights at Park Lane and Mirasol Park Lane, collectively consist of 571 units. The Heights at Park Lane comprises 325 units, while Mirasol Park Lane includes 246 units. Sares Regis initially acquired both properties in late 2021.
According to reports, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company provided a $75.2 million acquisition loan for the transaction, with the loan scheduled to mature in February 2029.
Completed in 2009, The Heights at Park Lane offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 677 to 3,224 square feet. Community amenities feature two swimming pools with lounge seating and sundecks, a fitness center, conference room, two spa centers, a clubhouse, and outdoor gas grills.
Mirasol Park Lane, located at 8110 Park Lane, was completed in 2007. This six-story, single-building community offers a range of amenities including a business center, clubhouse, coworking space, game room, swimming pool, two fitness centers, and a sauna.
This transaction marks a strategic move in the Dallas-Fort Worth rental housing market, highlighting ongoing investor interest in high-quality multifamily assets in the region.
