**Anduril to Expand in Long Beach with $1 Billion Advanced Manufacturing Campus**

Defense technology company Anduril Industries is set to expand its operations in Long Beach, California, with a new $1 billion campus to be developed by Sares Regis Group. The expansive development will cover approximately 1.18 million square feet across six buildings, including 750,000 square feet of office space and 435,000 square feet dedicated to industrial research and development. The project is anticipated to be completed by mid-2027.

“This investment is a major vote of confidence in Long Beach and California’s leadership in advanced manufacturing and aerospace,” said Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson. “Long Beach has long been a naval and manufacturing city, with a history of building complex aircraft. Today, the next generation of companies is choosing to build and hire here again.”

The new facility will be located about 30 minutes from Anduril’s Costa Mesa headquarters and roughly 90 minutes from its Capistrano test site. The expansion comes as Anduril’s valuation climbs to $30.5 billion following its recent Series G funding round.
