AvantStay Expands Hotel Portfolio with New Miami Property
AvantStay is expanding its footprint in the hospitality sector with the launch of Sense28, an AvantStay Hotel, located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. This marks the company’s second foray into hotel ownership and management, following the successful debut of The Gilmore in Nashville.
Sense28 features 52 thoughtfully designed units, offering one- and two-bedroom suites. Each suite includes a full kitchen and living area, catering to both short- and long-term stays. Guests can enjoy access to a variety of modern amenities, including a pool deck, fitness center, on-site garage parking, and a staffed lobby. Additional services such as contactless check-in and check-out, concierge services, fridge stocking, and IV therapy are also available to enhance the guest experience.
Located at 329 NE 28th Street in Miami, Sense28’s opening is part of AvantStay’s broader strategy to expand beyond traditional short-term rentals and into hotel operations. The company currently manages a diverse portfolio of over 2,500 vacation rental properties across 65 markets nationwide.
