– **Joseph Caridi** has joined JLL as Executive Managing Director for the Tri-State region. He will oversee operations across New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut/Westchester. Additionally, **Craig Both** has been hired as Senior Vice President of Power Origination for JLL’s Energy Advisory team, based in New York. He will focus on strengthening JLL’s power origination and commercial energy advisory services.
– The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) has announced that Chief Operating Officer **Sandhya Espitia** has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Chao-Hon Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance at the NYU Stern School of Business. The Institute is globally recognized for its contributions to real estate research, education, and industry advancement.
– **Brian Donnelly** has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Funds practice group. He is based in New York and formerly worked at McDermott Will & Schulte, where he also served as partner.
– **Rockefeller Group** has promoted **R. Stokes Moore** to Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Executive Vice President (EVP), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He previously held the roles of EVP and CFO. Additionally, **Marisa Gadlin** has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, and Head of Core Holdings. Unison co-founders **Andy Cooper** and **Tim Lukes** will assume new roles as Executive Chairman and President, respectively.
