**EverybodyFights to Open 28,000-Square-Foot Flagship at Hood Park in Charlestown**

EverybodyFights, the community-focused fitness brand, has signed a lease for a new 28,000-square-foot flagship location at Hood Park, a mixed-use development in Charlestown, Massachusetts. This expansion builds on the brand’s presence in Boston following the recent opening of its Seaport location at 25 Drydock Avenue, in a thriving waterfront district that aligns with Hood Park’s emphasis on density, community, and integrated lifestyle offerings.

David Bergeron, Chief Operating Officer of EverybodyFights, commented on the company’s mission and vision for the new space, stating, “EverybodyFights transcends the conventional gym experience by bringing everyone together under one roof to create a true community. Our members are fighting for strength, resilience, confidence, and connection, and we’re proud to offer a space at Hood Park that supports those journeys alongside the best trainers and team in Boston.”

Hood Park, a redevelopment of the historic 20-acre H.P. Hood & Sons dairy complex near Sullivan Square, offers a dynamic blend of lab and office space, retail, luxury residential units, and green, publicly accessible open space. The property was represented in leasing negotiations by Patrick Conly, Director of Leasing with Boston Urban Partners.
