DSV to Begin Construction on 950,000-SF Industrial Facility in Mesa
DSV, one of the world’s largest transport and logistics providers, is set to begin construction on a massive 950,000-square-foot industrial facility in southeast Mesa, Arizona. The development will take place on an 87-acre site near Ellsworth and Pecos roads, representing a $14.5 million investment.
This new facility is designed to support Phoenix’s rapidly expanding semiconductor industry, which includes major players such as Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Intel, ON Semiconductor, and Microchip Technology Inc. The project will also create space to support 160 employees.
Strategically located near Mesa Gateway Airport, the facility will benefit from DSV’s existing hangar at the airport, enabling efficient import and export of materials via charter flights. The proximity to air transport will further solidify DSV’s role in providing streamlined logistics solutions to high-tech sectors.
