**Bridge33 Acquires Moore Plaza Shopping Center in Corpus Christi**
Disney Investment Group (DIG) recently brokered the sale of Moore Plaza, a prominent shopping center located in Corpus Christi, Texas. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the seller, The Rainier Companies, and procured the buyer, Bridge33. Rainier originally purchased the property in February 2018 through a joint venture.
Moore Plaza spans 379,035 square feet and houses 40 tenants. It is anchored by several national retailers, including Hobby Lobby, Mardel, Marshalls, Burlington, Old Navy, Office Depot, Total Wine, Half Price Books, and Pet Supplies Plus. Additionally, the center is shadow-anchored by H-E-B and Target, two of the region’s leading grocery and retail chains.
Dallas-based Disney Investment Group has an extensive track record in retail real estate, having sold over $3.1 billion in retail properties — including $2.0 billion in transaction volume — since 2012.
