JLL Arranges 45,000-SF Lease at Richmond’s Deepwater Industrial Park
JLL has successfully arranged a 45,012-square-foot lease at Matan Companies’ Deepwater Industrial Park, located in Richmond, Virginia. The new tenant, PMC Commercial Interiors (PMC)—a Raleigh-based Haworth dealership serving the Southeast—will occupy space in Building C at 3001 Commerce Road.
“Our goal was to provide a modern, industrial facility that meets the evolving needs of today’s users—from clear heights and loading capacity to location and access,” said JP Matan, Director of Leasing at Matan Companies.
JLL’s Gareth Jones, Charlie Polk, and Chris Avellana represented Matan Companies in the transaction. PMC was represented by Jimmy Martin and Ryan Toland of Colliers.
“Deepwater will be a fantastic location for PMC to expand its presence in Virginia,” noted Gareth Jones, Managing Director at JLL. “With this commitment to Deepwater Industrial Park by PMC, our remaining 34,000 square feet of available space is the last modern high-bay distribution space available in the City of Richmond.”
