**Paramount Television Studios Signs First Lease at NYC’s Sunset Pier 94 Studios**
Vornado Realty Trust, Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc., and Blackstone Real Estate—the joint venture partners behind Sunset Pier 94 Studios—have announced that Paramount Television Studios has signed the facility’s inaugural lease. Sunset Pier 94 Studios is Manhattan’s first purpose-built studio facility and is slated to open this month.
Paramount Television Studios will lease 70,000 square feet of the development to film the second season of the Showtime original series *Dexter: Resurrection* for Paramount+. The production will occupy portions of the studio in phases, utilizing two sound stages in addition to dedicated production support and office spaces.
Victor Coleman, Chairman and CEO of Hudson Pacific, commented on the lease, stating, “Robust pre-leasing interest in Sunset Pier 94 Studios underscores the project’s unmatched quality and prime location—there is truly nothing else like it in the market, and we look forward to announcing additional leases soon.”
Located at 711 Twelfth Avenue on Manhattan’s Far West Side, Sunset Pier 94 Studios offers a total of 232,000 square feet of leasable space, including sound stages, production support areas, and office suites. The complex also provides onsite parking and offers prime opportunities for exterior signage.
The signing marks a significant milestone for the studio, highlighting the rising demand for high-quality production spaces in New York City.
