**Amazon Signs Full-Building Lease in Central Massachusetts**
Amazon has signed a full-building lease to occupy 450,000 square feet at a distribution center located at 139 Campanelli Drive in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. This marks another expansion of the retail giant’s logistics footprint in Central Massachusetts, adding to its network of large-scale distribution facilities in the state. Amazon already operates a similar site just under two miles away, spanning more than 500,000 square feet.
The property is owned and developed by the Seyon Group and is situated along the Route 146 corridor, a region gaining prominence for distribution and logistics due to its strategic location. Joe Fabiano of JLL is leading the leasing efforts for the property.
This site joins Amazon’s growing list of Massachusetts-based facilities, including a 3.8 million-square-foot distribution center in North Andover, north of Boston, and a 2.8 million-square-foot center in Charlton.
The Route 146 corridor has become increasingly desirable for industrial and distribution development. Nestled between Worcester and Providence and linking the Massachusetts Turnpike to I-95, the area offers more available land and comparatively lower real estate costs than more established logistics hubs.
Industry professionals will have an opportunity to hear from Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, during a keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest. The event will take place on Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois.
