**JLL Appoints Sarah Wexler as Managing Director**
JLL has named Sarah Wexler as Managing Director in its Consumer Goods and Services division. Wexler will spearhead strategic initiatives in the retail and professional services sectors, bringing with her extensive global expertise in retail strategy, transformation, and design.

**Daniel Management Group Makes Key Hires**
Daniel Management Group (DMG) has announced the addition of Ian Bingham as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Gzim Durakovic as Director of Maintenance. Bingham has over 27 years of industry experience across market rate, affordable, and student housing, with a focus on the Midwest. Durakovic joins with more than a decade of experience in construction and facilities management, supporting multifamily and mixed-use portfolios.

**NAI Hiffman Names Puja Doshi as CFO**
NAI Hiffman has appointed Puja Doshi, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. With 20 years of financial leadership experience, Doshi will lead NAI Hiffman’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. She most recently served as Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Leasing Advisory at JLL.

**Cinnaire Appoints Josh Ghena as President of CEP**
Cinnaire has officially appointed Josh Ghena as President of Cinnaire Equity Partners (CEP). Ghena had served as Interim President since June 2025 and assumed full leadership following Ryan Robinson’s retirement on August 31, 2025. During his tenure, Ghena and his team closed over $1.8 billion in LIHTC equity, supporting 14,501 units of affordable housing across rural and urban communities.

**Partner Valuation Advisors Adds Matt Stephens as Director**
Partner Valuation Advisors has brought on Matt Stephens as a Director based in St. Louis. Stephens brings over 20 years of experience advising institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices nationwide. He has led transactions and advisory deals totaling more than $5 billion over the past five years. He will serve as the Midwest Regional Lead of the firm’s National Multifamily Practice and is also part of the National Self-Storage Practice.

**SIOR Chicago Bestows Award on Geoffrey Kasselman**
The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has honored Geoffrey Kasselman, CEO of Evoke Partners, with the Richard G. Levy Presidents Award.
