**Westcore Acquires 332,000-SF Fully Leased Industrial Park in North Phoenix for $90.7M**
Westcore has acquired a three-building industrial park totaling 332,000 square feet in the Deer Valley submarket of Phoenix for $90.7 million. The property is part of Mack Real Estate Group’s Innovation Park, which consists of 10 buildings spanning over 1.3 million square feet. Following the acquisition, Westcore plans to rebrand the campus as Westcore Innovation Park.
Located at 23869-23975 N. 19th Avenue and 1775 W. Alameda Road, the Class A industrial park sits on 21.87 acres. The property is fully leased to eight tenants at the time of closing.
This acquisition expands Westcore’s footprint in the Phoenix market to 3.1 million square feet.
“With the world’s biggest semiconductor manufacturer nearby and continued healthy regional demand for industrial properties, Westcore Innovation Park is a great addition to our Phoenix and broader U.S. portfolio,” said Hack Adams of Westcore.
