**JLL Arranges Sale of The Eddi at Pentagon Village in Edina, MN**
JLL has successfully arranged the sale of The Eddi at Pentagon Village, a newly constructed luxury multifamily community located in Edina, Minnesota.
The brokerage firm represented the sellers, Rise Modular and Solomon Real Estate Group, in the transaction. Oaks Properties acquired the asset. The sale was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets’ Investment Sales and Advisory team, led by Managing Director Josh Talberg, Director Joseph Peris, and Analyst Jack Graveline.
Situated at 4911 W 77th Street, The Eddi is a premier apartment community completed in 2023. The development features 202 high-end residential units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. The average unit size is 753 square feet.
Distinguishing itself as the largest wood-frame modular apartment building in Minnesota, The Eddi was constructed using 205 modular units manufactured off-site by Rise Modular. These modules were installed atop a concrete podium housing a parking structure and community amenities.
