**Lucky Strike Renews Mission Bay Lease Through 2034**
JLL has finalized a long-term lease extension with Lucky Strike Entertainment, securing the popular bowling and entertainment venue’s 23,000-square-foot location at The Beacon, a mixed-use complex in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. The renewed lease secures the venue’s presence through 2034, preserving one of only two legacy Lucky Strike locations in the United States following its acquisition by Bowlero Corp. last year.
The Mission Bay Lucky Strike is known for its vibrant mix of bowling, music, food, and nightlife, drawing a steady stream of locals, professionals, and families. As part of the renewed commitment, the venue has recently undergone renovations, including refreshed interior elements and enhanced signage to improve customer experience.
“Lucky Strike’s long-term renewal speaks to the strength of this submarket but also the continued momentum we’re seeing in San Francisco’s experience-driven retail overall,” said Laura Tinetti, Executive Vice President at JLL, who led the team representing landlord Invesco. “Entertainment concepts that can draw consistent traffic are vital to the success of today’s mixed-use environments, and Lucky Strike remains a standout establishment within Mission Bay.”
