Empire Group of Companies has announced the development of Revelry, a new Class A mixed-use high-rise community located in Tempe, Arizona. The ambitious project will deliver 533 residential units spread across two towers, rising 17 and 15 stories respectively. In total, the development will encompass roughly 850,000 square feet and offer a mix of furnished and unfurnished residences.
Revelry will offer a wide range of upscale amenities designed to enhance resident lifestyles and promote community engagement. Residents will have access to pickleball courts, wellness spaces, a sauna, cold plunge, aromatherapy rooms, and a rooftop yoga terrace. Additional features include lounges equipped with a bar and fireplace, a golf simulator, bowling alley, arcade, and a dog spa. A 27,000-square-foot landscaped outdoor deck includes a resort-style pool. The complex will also house co-working spaces with a coffee bar, a fully equipped fitness center, an onsite parking garage, self-storage, a bicycle room, a mezzanine-level leasing office, and a variety of retail offerings.
Retail spaces include approximately 5,500 square feet on the ground floor, housed in two distinct suites, and an additional 10,800 square feet on the second floor.
The project team includes Gensler Architects as the design lead, Layton Construction serving as the general contractor, and Diversified Partners managing retail leasing.
Revelry is poised to make a significant impact on Tempe’s skyline and residential market, offering both luxury living and dynamic mixed-use functionality.
