**AI Platform Rilla Leases 57,000+ SF Penthouse Space at 25 Kent in Williamsburg**
RillaVoice Inc., an AI-powered conversational intelligence platform built for field teams, has signed a 10-year lease for the entire eighth-floor penthouse at 25 Kent in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The lease covers 57,350 square feet and includes nearly 4,000 square feet of private outdoor space.
This transaction is being recognized as one of the largest office leases in Williamsburg — and one of the largest in all of Brooklyn — since early last year when Global Holdings took over primary management duties for the property. Rilla was represented in the deal by Cooper Weisman and Ryan Gessin of Newmark.
“Brooklyn has become one of the most dynamic and creative technology hubs in the country, and 25 Kent sits at the center of that transformation,” said Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Global Holdings. “Rilla’s commitment reflects the accelerating momentum we’re seeing from AI and innovation-driven companies who want a workspace that matches their ambition.”
Representing Global Holdings in the deal were Panzirer and Alex Radmin, alongside Jordan Gosin, Will Grover, and Drew Wiley of Newmark.
Rilla’s lease signals continued growth for Brooklyn’s tech sector, reflecting increased demand from innovation companies seeking high-quality office environments in creative urban neighborhoods.
