**PCCP and Venture One Partner on 748,000-SF Industrial Development in Orlando**
PCCP and Venture One Real Estate have announced a joint venture for the speculative development of Venture Park Beachline II & III, a state-of-the-art, Class A industrial park located at 7895 Monument Parkway in Orlando, Florida. The project will feature two buildings totaling 748,000 square feet, with construction set to begin immediately and completion expected by spring 2027.
Spread across approximately 60 acres, the development will include a 340,000-square-foot rear-load facility and a 408,000-square-foot cross-dock facility. Both buildings will feature 40-foot clear heights and be designed to accommodate either single-tenant or multi-tenant users.
Strategically located with immediate access to both Orlando International Airport and Florida’s Space Coast via State Road 528, the site offers excellent logistical advantages. The Southeast Orange submarket, which comprises approximately 50 million square feet of industrial space, has demonstrated strong year-over-year rent growth—highlighting continued demand in the area.
Leasing for the project is being managed by David Murphy, Monica Wonus, and Gabby Gissy of CBRE.
