**Saddle Creek Logistics Acquires Las Vegas Warehouse for $96.8 Million**

Saddle Creek Logistics has acquired a 586,000-square-foot warehouse located in Las Vegas. The third-party logistics provider is the sole tenant of the facility, which was sold by VanTrust Real Estate for $96.8 million. Prior to the purchase, Saddle Creek secured acquisition financing from PNC Bank.

The warehouse sits on approximately 32 acres at 8650 Logistics Drive, about 16 miles northwest of downtown Las Vegas. It is conveniently situated less than one mile from Interstate 15, providing strategic access to regional and national transportation routes.

Saddle Creek Logistics operates a nationwide network consisting of 46 distribution centers, representing more than 31 million square feet of industrial space. This latest acquisition expands the company’s footprint and further strengthens its supply chain capabilities in the Western U.S.

The facility is part of VanTrust’s Vantage North, a 4.5 million-square-foot, master-planned industrial development. Phase One of the project was completed last year and includes two additional buildings measuring 445,954 and 763,872 square feet, respectively.

Vantage North lies within the larger Apex Industrial Park, an expansive 18,000-acre development area that currently offers approximately 28.5 million square feet of industrial space in various stages of planning and construction. To date, 5.5 million square feet within Apex have been completed.
