**CBRE Facilitates Sale of Whole Foods-Anchored Retail Center in Stamford, CT**

Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin, and Travis Langer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners have arranged the sale of 110 High Ridge Road in Stamford, Connecticut. The seller, HBS Global Properties LLC, was represented by the CBRE team, which also secured the buyer, 110 High Ridge Owner LLC. The terms of the sale, including the purchase price, were not disclosed.

110 High Ridge Road is a 153,416-square-foot retail center prominently anchored by Whole Foods Market. Located at the intersection of High Ridge and Long Ridge roads—two of Stamford’s primary commuter corridors—the property offers strategic visibility and accessibility.

Originally home to a Lord & Taylor store, the center is undergoing repositioning into a vibrant multi-tenant retail destination. Whole Foods opened its location at the center in December 2024, while Saks OFF 5TH relocated to the property in 2022 from the Stamford Town Center Mall.

Commenting on the transaction, Jeffrey Dunne stated, “The center’s ‘main and main’ location within the dominant retail corridor in the market, combined with its strong anchor tenancy and surrounding demographics, will help the buyer complete the repositioning and lease-up of the center.”
