Beacon Hill Property Investment Corporation has completed the $2.18 million owner/user sale of the Boones Ferry Professional Center, located at 15962 SW Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Todd VanDomelen of Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction, while Alexandra Henderson of Kidder Matthews represented the buyer, CCM Investments LLC.

Originally built in 1972, the Boones Ferry Professional Center encompasses approximately 13,636 square feet of medical office space and is located in the Lake Grove neighborhood of Lake Oswego. The two-story, elevator-served facility features a mix of medical and standard office buildouts. The property also offers abundant off-street parking and is set within a landscaped, park-like environment.

Strategically located, the Professional Center provides convenient access to Interstate 5, Kruse Way, and Highway 217, as well as to the Boones Ferry retail corridor and Bridgeport Village.
