**Henderson’s $50M Retail Development, The Cliff, Announces First Tenants**
The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot Class A retail development in Henderson, Nevada, has revealed its first six tenants as part of its transformation of outdated office buildings into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly retail campus.
The development will feature 25 retail spaces centered around a communal bar and outdoor lounge, complemented by lush, covered patios and a food kiosk alley. Confirmed tenants include Arhaus, a home furnishings brand; The Taco Stand; Killer Whale Creamery; Lyte House; The Barista Botanist; and Next Health.
Located at 2500–2550 Paseo Verde Parkway, construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026 with a projected cost of $50 million. Tenant openings are expected by late 2026.
The project is being led by a partnership between San Diego-based CAST and Los Angeles-based Partners Capital.
