Related Urban Development Group (Related Urban), the affordable and workforce housing arm of Related Group, along with Miami-Dade County, has broken ground on The Residences Palm Court in North Miami-Dade. Located at 950 NW 95th Street, this mixed-income, intergenerational development will feature 316 residential units. The project benefits from $3.5 million in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding from Miami-Dade County. Of the total units, 191 will be specifically designated for elderly residents.
