**Foundry Commercial to Redevelop Jacksonville Call Center into Industrial Space**

Foundry Commercial is planning a major redevelopment in Jacksonville, aiming to transform an existing office complex currently used as a call center into over 400,000 square feet of modern warehouse and distribution space. The site at 8000 Baymeadows Way, formerly operated by Concentrix, sits just east of Philips Highway with direct access to I-95—an area known for strong interest from industrial developers targeting infill opportunities in Jacksonville’s Southside submarket.

The property was listed for sale with JLL in October. Concentrix, which owns and operates the campus, intends to vacate the building within six to twelve months following a finalized sale. To attract buyers, JLL has indicated that Concentrix is open to entering a short-term, negotiable sale-leaseback agreement, allowing the buyer to generate temporary income during the permitting phase.

Foundry’s proposed redevelopment aligns with ongoing trends across the region, where the demand for industrial logistics space continues to outpace traditional office use.
