Beacon Capital Partners and Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) have completed three major office leases totaling 78,864 square feet at Avocet Tower, a 22-story, 370,000-square-foot office building located at 7373 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland.

The newly signed leases include:

– Ullico, an insurance and investment solutions provider headquartered in Washington, D.C., which has leased 30,333 square feet to relocate its Maryland regional office from Silver Spring.
– Arlington Capital Partners, an investment firm, also leased 30,333 square feet as it expands and moves its headquarters from The Wilson at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue.
– DiamondRock Hospitality Company has signed an 18,198-square-foot lease to increase its office space, relocating from 2 Bethesda Metro Center.

Beacon Capital Partners was represented by Transwestern’s Agency Leasing team, which included Phil McCarthy, Keith Foery, Mark Boyce, and Karla Rivera. The tenant representatives in the lease transactions were from CBRE.

Avocet Tower boasts a strategic location within walking distance of the Red Line Metro station and the future Purple Line. The building is just three miles from downtown Washington, D.C., and is accessible within 40 minutes from the region’s major airports.
