The Goldie Initiative Expands National Mentor Network for 2025–2026

The Goldie Initiative has announced its 44 volunteer mentors for the 2025–2026 program year, continuing its mission to support women pursuing leadership roles in commercial real estate.

The program, known for providing hands-on training and professional development, includes a robust executive mentor component. Each Goldie Scholar is paired with an experienced real estate professional who offers personalized guidance and support for both personal and career growth.

This year’s group of mentors represents prominent organizations from across the commercial real estate industry, including BGO, Cushman & Wakefield, Farpoint Development, Golub & Company, Heitman, Hines, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Logistics Property Company, Luxury Living, Merchants Capital, Pearlmark, PGIM Real Estate, Siegel Jennings Co. L.P.A., and others.

Notably, 20 new mentors have joined for the 2025–2026 year, diversifying the program with expertise across a range of sub-industries such as investor relations, affordable development, luxury retail, investment banking, and private equity. Many of these mentors are based in expansion cities such as New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C., reflecting The Goldie Initiative’s growing national presence.

Additionally, five Goldie Alumnae are returning to the program as mentors for the first time, strengthening the organization’s commitment to building a vibrant and supportive community for women leaders in commercial real estate.
